*Happy New Year
everyone!!
It’s hard to believe we’re into the second week of the New Year already!!
Groovefest will be here before we know it!! So, if you or someone you know
would like to be a part of presenting it to Cedar City, please let me know and
we’ll get you signed up for advertising! (See the summary below).
With
the New Year comes more new music and new shows. In this weekly blast, I
attempt to list the music-related events that I know about in our southern Utah area. If you know
of an event happening, please let me know as I can only dig so deep into
everyone’s calendars and could easily miss something.
** I also wanted to make
sure you knew
that we have postponed our weekly Wednesday Open Mic until further notice.
After twelve years of this very fun event, interest seems to have waned. We
will let you know when we begin it again – probably in the spring.
Here’s to a great 2013 and I hope to see you
very soon, either at Groovacious or at one of the many live music events here
in Cedar City!
And
just in case you missed the end-of-the-year blast, I am repeating our favorite
albums of the year list at the end of this week’s blast…
