Groove at Groovacious – southern Utah’s
record store
Well, here it is, a couple weeks before Christmas. I can’t believe this
will be my 38th year selling music at Christmastime. It seems like
just yesterday that I sold my first record!
When we opened our first store over 21 years ago, I never imagined that
at Christmas in 2013 I’d be selling so much new vinyl again! It sure has been a
treat for me to see the trends come and go over the years - some for the better
– some for the worse. But one thing’s for sure – things go in cycles and the
one we’re in right now is a very nice one.
If you haven’t shopped for music in a real store for awhile, I encourage
you to put down that handheld device and take a trip into Groovacious and see that
what’s old is new again! I guarantee you’ll be amazed!
And don’t forget; MUSIC MAKES THE PERFECT GIFT! (And I’m talking
about a real tangible thing that you can actually give a loved one that they
will cherish forever because you gave it to them.)
We’ll see you at Groovacious for all of your gift-giving needs!
