Thursday, September 25, 9:00PM: BASTARD SONS OF JOHNNY CASH at Mike's Tavern at 90 W. Hoover in Cedar City. The Bastard Sons have played in Cedar City many times in the past at multiple venues including twice at the Groovefest Music & Art Festival. Their performance at Mike’s Tavern will precede their appearance at the Zion Canyon Music Festival on the following day. Friday, September 26, 8:00PM: 2014 Campfire Concert in the Canyon #4 featuring THE NAKED WAITERS & FLENGBIEL at
the Cedar Canyon Nature Park at the south side of Coal Creek, directly
south across the green bridge. Admission is free, but donations are
welcome. The concerts are casual and participants are encouraged to
bring lawn chairs, lanterns and/or flashlights. For this last concert,
attendees should also bring a jacket or a sweater as it will be dark by
the time the fire is lit and it can possibly get rather chilly. But you
can snuggle up to the fire and roast marshmallows that are provided by

Saturday, September 27, 12:00PM - 4:00PM: Arts Lab at the Cedar City Aquatic Center at 2090 W. Royal Hunte Dr. in Cedar City. Arts*Lab is a free workshop for kids ages 15 - 18, sponsored by the Cedar City Arts Council and exploring the creative process through art, dance, music, and theatre. Youth of all skill levels are encouraged to enroll in the program. At 4:00 pm, family and friends are invited to join the artists to enjoy an informal sharing of art created during the workshop.
