Mikita chronicles the challenges of life in a wheelchair and how he achieved success in his new book, “I Sit All Amazed: The Extraordinary Power of a Mother’s Love.” Held in the Sterling Church Auditorium in the Sharwan Smith Center on the SUU Campus at 351 W. From the Stage to Your Closet: SUU’s College of Performing and Visual Arts’ Theatre and Dance departments fundraiser that will help you find your Halloween costume. Wednesday, October 26, 7:30PM: TOADZ ZOMBIE WALK CHARITY FOR THE CHILDRENS JUSTICE CENTER! Toadz Charity Zombie Walk begins at The Pizza Factory at 131 S. Main St. and end at Toadz at 432 N. 100 W. in Cedar City, Utah. Dress like a zombie and help this cause for a minimum $2.00 donation. All proceeds will go towards the Iron County Children’s Justice Center. And beginning at 8:30PM Zombie Walk participants over 21 will get free entry into Comedy Night starring James "Mr. Bigfoot" Scott from BET, UPN, and Sirius radio. At 10:00PM.
